Experience

I’ve worn many hats in the world of Product, each giving me a unique vantage point into different aspects of the art. This breadth of experience has shaped my perspective, allowing me to approach Product Management with a well-rounded and deeply informed mindset.

I’ve seen firsthand what happens when product development goes wrong—when teams operate as “feature factories,” simply executing a static roadmap dictated by stakeholders who may lack true customer insight. Too often, these roadmaps address symptoms rather than root problems, leading to solutions that fail to drive real business impact. Ironically, I’ve learned just as much from these experiences as I have from seeing it done right.

This diverse journey has honed my ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and drive meaningful product outcomes. It has shaped my approach as a true Product Manager—one who prioritizes customer needs, strategic alignment, and measurable impact. Check out My Approach to see what that means in practice.
